Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Pulsely Stories.

Article 35 – Hyperlinks

The Platform may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. These links are provided for information purposes only. Pulsely Stories exercises no control over the content of these sites and accepts no liability for the information published therein.

The creation of hyperlinks to the Platform is permitted, provided such links do not damage the image or reputation of Pulsely Stories and do not create confusion in the minds of users regarding the origin of the content.

VII. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Article 36 – Governing Law

These Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Rules and Legal Notice of the Pulsely Stories Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, subject to mandatory provisions of the local law applicable to the user as a consumer.

As the Platform is accessible internationally, users located outside France are informed that certain provisions of the law of their country of residence may apply to them, particularly regarding consumer protection and personal data.

Article 37 – Amicable Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the Platform or the interpretation of these Terms, the user is invited to first contact Pulsely Stories at: contact@pulselystories.com, with a view to amicable resolution.

Pulsely Stories undertakes to acknowledge receipt of any complaint within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe.

Article 39 – Jurisdiction

Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable rules of law.

Article 40 – Entry into Force & Updates

These Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Rules and Legal Notice enter into force from the date of their publication on the Platform.

Pulsely Stories reserves the right to modify them at any time to adapt to the evolution of the Platform, services offered or applicable regulations. Any material modification will be brought to the attention of users by email or via a notice visible on the Platform.
